Readings are sent by email attachment when full payment is made and cleared. (Check payments through PayPal can take several days to clear.)
All email and attachments sent and received by Goddess Flight are scanned for viruses. However, we do not guarantee all correspondence will be safe, nor are we responsible for any damages.
Average response time is less than 1 hour. However, please allow up to 24 hours for readings to arrive before sending queries. We are not responsible for delays of emailed readings.
All sales are final. No refunds or credits are given. Credit card fraud and chargebacks will be legally pursued. Fees will be applied and due.
Tarot readings include cards & card interpretations. Clients interpret the readings on their own, which is why they are so low in price. Consultations on purchased tarot readings are not offered.
If a report has an incorrect date, incorrect information or name spelling error, it will be redone free of charge--no matter whose error it was. We all make mistakes, but be assured that reports are checked carefully before being emailed to you. If we feel a client is making excessive repetitive errors, we can refuse to send any more redone reports.
