If your question is not answered below, please send us a message using the contact page. We usually respond in 24 hours.

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently, we only send readings by email. Readings are sent by email attachment. In some cases, we can post readings online for a client to download and save. We do not currently send any readings by ground mail to home addresses.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal credit cards Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our SSL shopping cart. We also accept all PayPal payments.

Where is my order?

Your order is sent to the email address you provided on your order form in 72 hours or less after you order. If it has not been 72 hours, then your order email may be on its way. If it has been 72 hours, contact us right away because your order email has either been lost or blocked by your email server. Always check your SPAM or trash folders to see if the order email might be there.

NOTE: Angel and Goddess Readings have a one week turnaround time.

Your order email will be from “Goddess Flight”.

We are not responsible for what happens to the email once it is sent. We are always happy to resend order emails upon request. We can also post your reading online for you to download from a web page, if the email process is not working for you.

How can I contact a support person?

All questions, comments, and other messages should be sent using the contact page.

When will my order be delivered?

All readings are sent by email as quickly as possible. Readings are done by a real person, not automated by a computer server, so you do not get readings instantly. Average response time is less than 1 hour. However, please allow up to 72 hours for readings to arrive in your email account before sending queries.

NOTE: Angel and Goddess Readings have a one week turnaround time.

What if there is an error on my report?

If a report has an error, it will be redone free of charge–no matter whose error it was. We all make mistakes, but be assured that reports are checked carefully before being emailed to you. If we feel a client is making excessive repetitive errors, we can refuse to send any more redone reports.

How accurate are the reports?

We offer the highest quality possible reports and readings, which give you the most accurate astrology information on the market. Our lawyers ask us to remind clients that Goddess Flight makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products included on this site. Goddess Flight will not be liable for any damages arising from use of this site. All reports, readings and advice arising from use of this site are understood to be for entertainment purposes only.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or credits are given. Credit card fraud and chargebacks will be legally pursued. Fees will be applied and due.

How can I advertise on this web site?

Currently, we do not offer advertising on this site. If you are interested in advertising, we are happy to consider offers through our contact form above. If you would like to be notified when we do start accepting advertising, send us a note through the contact form.

Where do I apply for employment?

Currently, we do not have any open positions, no matter how skilled the reader is. Thank you for your interest.

Is my information kept private?

Yes! Your payment information is kept private by ASecureCart, Authorizenet and PayPal. Your reading information is used only to process your reading. Your email is used only to send your order.

Is the shopping cart secure?

Yes, we use the ASecureCart System, along with Authorizenet and PayPal to provide a SSL secure ordering and checkout process.
